Not sensitive enough...wont start

This app rarely recognizes when I touch it so I can never get it to start on time! Would be perfect if I could get it to work but I have to tap it 5-10 times before it will recognize it. I also wish it would stay at the previously used time interval instead of having to reset it each time. Either way I ended up deleting it
